OUR LEGENDARY TRIDENT 80B

Here are some fun facts and a little history about our famous Trident 80B Console here at The Soundscape. Not only have we made some great recordings with this legendary piece of gear, so has Rami Jaffee of The Foo Fighters!

Prior to recommissioning the Trident 80B here in Metro Detroit, many top-tier musicians and bands graced the faders of this beautiful sounding console at Rami’s personal studio, Fonogenic Studios in Van Nuys, CA.

Some of those great bands include The Hollywood Vampires, Billy Gibbons, Cage The Elephant, Don Was, Eddie Kramer, MC Lyte, Stone Temple Pilots, The Foo Fighters, The Doors, Melissa Etheridge, and The Wallflowers to name only a few!
